Siebel Center for Design at the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign,
HCEC is proud to host HCEC's first symposium
on Human Centered Engineering.
Running March 5th and 6th at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, the Symposium will bring together educators and practitioners from all disciplines of Engineering, to collaborate and share insights on how
Human Centered perspectives inform their work.
Attendance is FREE. All are welcome! Come join the conversation!
Although there is no fee to attend the symposium, we recognize that travel costs may be impactful to some who wish to attend.
We have a limited fund to help cover hotel costs, to be distributed by lottery. When you register, please let us know if you would like to be included in the lottery.
All lottery applicant and recipient information will be kept private.

The HCEC Symposium will be held at the Siebel Center for Design at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, located in Champaign, IL - just a short flight or train ride from Chicago.

Activities include group sessions, two parallel sessions, a poster session, and a social mixer - food and refreshments provided. No paper or poster submission required to participate.

HCEC will be releasing a full list of activities, workshop sessions, and keynote speakers shortly.
